CF8 & Flexbuilder 3 for Education are available for free to educational customers to use for learning purposes only and not for production purposes. This includes all qualified students, faculty and staff of eligible education institutions.You should submit your proof of eligibility for this program.
Flex Builder 3 for unemployed developers:
Flex Builder 3 software is currently available for free for software developers who are affected by the current economic condition and are currently unemployed.
